Free for small clubs, forever
If your club has fewer than 80 members and runs three or fewer public sessions, the Free plan covers you indefinitely. No credit card. No trial expiry. We make money when you grow, not when you sign up.

Players cover the booking fee, not the club
The booking fee ($1.50 on Free, $0.75 on Growth, $0 on Pro) sits on top of the session price — not inside it. Whatever you set as the session fee, your club receives in full.

Card surcharges are passed through honestly
NZ credit: +2.7%. International credit: +3.7%. Debit: free. We don't pad these or take a cut — we pass through what Stripe charges us. Players see the exact breakdown before they pay.

GST handled for you
If your club is GST-registered (over $60k/yr), we add 15% to platform fees only — not to your session fees. We issue GST-inclusive invoices automatically. Players never pay GST on top of GST.

Important: on every plan, the club receives the full session amount. The booking fee is a separate line on the player's receipt, not a deduction from your revenue.

The surcharge is added to the player's total at the checkout step. If they pay by debit (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a debit card), there's no surcharge at all.
Village Points wallet
One point = one cent NZD. Honest, clean, no decimals to memorise.

- Pay for sessions with points — pick "Points" on any paid session, debited 1-for-1 from your wallet balance.
- Bulk packs save you money — pay $150 for $160 of credit (Regular pack), or $300 for $330 (Power Player pack).
- Redeem for rewards — shuttles, racket strings, court time, group coaching. Catalogue at /rewards.
- Earn passively — daily login, complete profile, referrals, host open play. Capped at $5–$15/yr per player so the economy stays healthy.

Common questions
Do I pay if no one books?
Free plan is free regardless. On paid plans, you pay the monthly fee whether or not anyone books — that's how SaaS works. But you can downgrade or cancel any time, no minimum term.
What if a player refunds?
We refund the booking fee back to the player and reverse our cut. Your club refunds the session fee separately (it never left your account). Refunds are tracked against the player's record.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no "sales call required" — sign up, list your club, you're live.
Do you take a cut of session revenue?
Never. The booking fee is what we earn — it's added to the player's total, not deducted from yours. 100% of the session fee you set goes to your club.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel any time from your club dashboard. Annual plans are paid upfront and non-refundable, but you keep the features for the full year.
