How points work

Points are our way of saying thanks for being part of the community. Play, review, refer friends — earn points. Trade them in for gear, merch, and curated experiences.

Earn-only

You earn points by being active. You can't buy them, top them up, or convert cash into points.

No cash value

Points aren't a currency — they're a loyalty reward. They can't be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Just for you

Points stay on your account. They aren't transferable between users.

12-month expiry

Points expire 12 months after you earn them. Spend or lose them.

How you earn

Points land in your balance automatically — no claim, no fuss. Each source is idempotent, so you can't double-up.

What you can redeem

Note: points can't be used to pay for club sessions, coaching, or court time directly. Those are paid for by card — points are for the rewards catalogue only.

Quick FAQ

Can I buy points?
No. Points are earn-only.
Can I get a refund for unused points?
No. Points have no cash value and aren't refundable. They expire 12 months after you earn them.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points are tied to your account and aren't transferable.
What happens if I delete my account?
Any remaining points are forfeited at the time of deletion. There's no payout.
Why can't I use points to pay for sessions or coaching?
Sessions and coaches are paid for directly by card — we wanted to keep our loyalty programme clearly separate from the marketplace payments. Points are for the rewards catalogue.
Do points appear on tax invoices?
No. Points are a loyalty rebate, not a payment instrument, so they don't appear on GST invoices. Cash payments do.
